Ninenzaka and “Yasaka-no-To”(Yasaka Tower (Five-storied Pagoda))

It will be a bit off the Golden route, but let’s stop by looking at the five-storied pagoda.

Yasaka-no-To is a tower located inside the precincts of Hokanji temple. So note that the official name is Hokanji Temple.

Nene-no-Michi and Ishibe-Koji (Ishibe Alley) in Sakura.

It is part of the golden route of tourism in Kyoto, passing from Maruyama Park to Kiyomizu-dera temple.
On the east side of “Nene-no-Michi”, on the top of the hill is Kodaiji temple, and to the west there is  “Ishibe-Koji ” ( Stone wall Alley) which is a scenic spot.

Nanzenji and its surroundings with Sakura.

Nanzen-ji

It is the Nanzenji known for its autumn leaves, but as you see there are also Sakura near the main temple gate.

There are gorgeous cherry trees attracting attention in Nanzenji area. It is the place that only Kyotian (Kyoto citizen) are looking forward secretly, which is not well known to tourists.
Now, they are full blooming. Hurry!

Keage Incline

The Keagei Incline is also located near Nanzenji.
Here is famous for Sakura tunnel. And crowded to the extent that the rail can not be seen.
