These pictures below are not the scenery of autumn leaves but the crimson azaleas which is the same type as it in Nagaoka Tenmangu Shrine. “Shoden Eigen-in Temple” is more convenient because it is located in Gion area. Even if you cannot afford to go to Nagaoka Tenmangu Shrine where is a bit far away from downtown, to Shoden Eigen-in Temple close to Gion, you can come true.
“Shoden Eigen-in Temple” is one of the sub-temples of Kennin-ji Temple Complex.
